Position Summary:

We are rebuilding our digital experience in 2020 and looking for UX and web designers to concept, prototype, design, and manage web pages for Bentley.com. Working with internal marketers including product, engagement, localization, SEO, creative, and writing teams, this is a great opportunity to stay up to date on the latest web design and UX best practices, strategies, technologies and services to ensure that the site utilizes the latest technology.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prototype, design, update, and manage existing Bentley.com experiences including website, landing and campaign pages.
  • Provide user journey recommendations verbally and visually with low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Promote UX best practices with a mobile first approach.
  • Work with other designers and developers to bring concepts to life while maintaining UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to make sure they are using the latest and greatest web trends.
  • Be a champion for UX best practices!
  • You have a voice! Identify key areas for improvement, open and monitor development tickets with internal and external development resources.

 

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Creative, curious, questioning, open to take and provide input and have a ton of initiative.
  • Strong web design, layout and UX skills.
  • Experience with a CMS (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
  • Have strong communication skills, and be a creative and analytical thinker.
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of ownership, willing to learn new tools and processes while bringing your own experiences to the conversation.
  • Exposure to social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, KPIs, Analytics (we use Google Analytics)
  • Prototyping, wireframing, and UX design tools like Adobe XD/Sketch/Invision
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Basic Coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Social Media Campaigns, Marketing Automation
