UX Designer (Research)

UX team at Bentley Systems is looking for a User Experience Designer with a deep focus on user research, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

At Bentley Systems, we deliver solutions for complex infrastructure projects. It requires us knowing our users very well, and this is where UX Design plays its critical role. You will become a major contributor in defining the portrait of primary users, their problems, goals, and optimal solutions – all in the context of established user-centered design process. You will work closely with the project stakeholders and fellow designers from around the globe. You will ensure that research activities are carefully planned and executed, and findings are collected and turned into measurable design improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope
• Create and validate personas and workflows both internally and externally, contribute to building a shared research knowledge hub
• Organize, conduct, and supervise user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions, both remotely and on-site
• Translate user research findings into actionable recommendations to the project team
• Prepare written research reports for the project stakeholders
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience and a strong portfolio reflecting recent research projects
• Hands-on experience in usability testing, user interviews, and contextual inquiries
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or another relevant field
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
