About the Role We are looking for a strong user design professional to join our Product and Design team. As an ideal candidate, you will contribute to user design projects for new and existing products and features. Specifically, you will: Partner with researchers, product teams, and engineers on app flows and interface designs for new and mature products. Collaborate actively as part of a cross-functional product team, regularly communicating work status and findings of projects. Participate in management of Design Systems. Turn research findings into actionable design recommendations. Analyze competitor and industry UX and UI best practices. Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment. About You Minimum 3 years relevant User Design experience. Clear, demonstrable experience as a product designer or similar role with a proven record of seeing product design from concept to delivery. Experience with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch Effective verbal and written communication style distilling complex multi-method research reports into understandable, compelling, connected, and actionable insights. The ability to think creatively and experiment with different tools and methods Excellent communication and organization skills.
