In this role, you will:

• Work with the E-commerce team to develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs;
• Work with the Brand team to implement the UI designs based on the brand guidelines;
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user centric sites;
• Conducting user research and testing to improve the usability;
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success;
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability);
• Develop the landing page for marketing purpose;
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers;
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends;
• Optimize a shopify site for different markets globally.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Web Design / Graphic Design / Multimedia Design or related discipline;
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital projects;
• Excellent presentation skills to convey UX design ideas and concepts;
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS;
• Knowledge in User Experience Survey and Research, Usability Testing, Service Oriented Architecture Design and Agile methodology is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
