We need your talent to elevate the digital experience across our aesthetics brands— Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, CoolSculpting and more. You’ll also be joining the team at an exciting time as we build our internal agency from the ground up. To build this right though, we need the best and brightest—and that’s why we want you! Reporting to a Creative Director, you’ll work alongside designers, copywriters, and content creators. In this team, you’ll utilize your expertise with the Contentful platform to champion consumer-centered design, delivering against the consumer’s needs and wants through digital interaction. You are a multidisciplinary designer grounded in the user experience. You understand the power of layout, typography, and color theory to build engaging digital experiences. You know how to effectively blend results-oriented functionality with visually stunning, user-friendly creative. And most importantly, you understand that the consumer is at the heart of every piece of communication. Responsibilities: Create and constantly improve landing page experiences using Contentful and other CMS platforms Design web pages with scalable UI components Create hi-fidelity interactive prototypes Leverage tools to garner insight around interaction, drop-off, conversion percentages, and more Collaborate with strategy and CRM teams to think through user flows and stages Work closely with production and engineering teams to hand off work and advise through its development or implementation in marketing technology tools Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code that will produce visual elements of the web application Work with project managers and other creative contributors to ensure delivery of assets are on-brief and timely Flex as needed with design, QA, and deliver production-ready assets for paid, organic social, and email channels Partner with compliance and review teams to incorporate ongoing requirements and feedback, while ensuring creative work adheres to brand standards Qualifications Qualifications: 5+ years experience in UX/UI design for marketing communications or product design; experience working in beauty, retail, health, or CPG a plus Expert knowledge of Contentful and other CMS platforms, such as Ceros and Unbounce Diverse portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and UI skills, including development of design systems and scalable components Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other modern design prototyping tools Strong working experience with front-end web technologies and some familiarity with front-end design styling Familiarity with user testing and products to support insights and measurement Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills Big plus are motion design skills and the ability to script against video content Bachelor of Design, or equivalent experience #LI-ADL Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC About AbbVie AbbVie’s mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.
