Responsibilities:
Support Business Partners and GMCS Business Advisors to capture and translate concepts into detailed web solutions applying UX prototyping tools and Adobe Experience Manager in an iterative prototyping process
Collaborate with Creative Solutions team and Web Production Specialists to deliver UX capabilities and services
Define new information architectures, navigation concepts, interaction patterns and template elements to develop user experience capabilities
Innovate and act as subject matter expert on UX trends and best practices
Act as the user-advocate during the client advisory and development process, conducting early-stage usability testing and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective
Perform quality reviews to ensure highest corporate design compliance for key deliveries to be published on UBS Intranet and Internet

Required experience & skills
Higher education, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication
Minimum 5 years of front end web development experience, ideally in a digital agency
Demonstrable in-depth understanding of user-centered design principles
Knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Campaign, Target and Audience Manager) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Knowledge in alternative publishing platforms like Connections, SharePoint, zMags, or similar tools preferred
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
