• Develop and release UX solutions for new products & features
• Conduct end-user centered UX study including pain-points, focal points , etc
• Collect and manage UX requriments from in/external customers
• Develop UX based storyline and selling points
• Optimize product & feature use-cases based on engineering design
• Provide UI requriement to digital departmetn for UI realization
• Conduct UX benchmark for similar and new technologies in the market

• > 5 years experiences for UX design or innovation / product management
• Hand-on experience for at least 2 products / features UX solution design
• Good skill in story-telling, and design-thinking
• Fluent English skill
