Knowledge and Skills:

1. Native english speaker prefered
2. Good at communication
3. Lovely characteristic
4.A good understanding of the Chinese education system, grades 1-5 preferred;
(knowledge of the western education system and/or teaching methodology would be an asset);
5.Have a good understanding of the needs of the young learners, particularly young ESL learners;
6.Good computer skills e.g.: MSWord, (Power Point an asset);
7.Should look professional and friendly, neat and clean.
