Responsibilities
1. As a brand messenger, pass the brand idea and culture to every customer;
2. Receiving and answering customer consultation, understanding customer needs and achieving sales tasks;
3. Do a good job of goods sales records, inventory, account checking and so on, and complete all sales statistics according to regulations;
4. Complete the daily operation work of goods acceptance, shelving, replenishment, return and damage prevention.
5. Cooperate with the store manager to accomplish various tasks related to operation.
Qualification
1. Strong communication skills and service awareness;
2. Good image and temperament, good dressing taste and fashion acuity;
3. Characteristic of affinity, seriousness, meticulousness and enthusiasm;
4. Good team spirit;
5. Over 1 year working experience in retail industry, garment retail experience is preferred.
6. Qualifications are limited to senior high school or above, and junior college or above is preferred.
7.Under 35 years of age, limited to women;
Salary and welfare:
base salary 4000 + subsidy 400 + shop award + commission 3%, comprehensive income around 8000-10000; and a monthly purchase quota of 600 yuan, pay five insurance and one gold.
Working hours: 5 days'work and 2 days' rest
