Responsible for assessing individual life insurance applications based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies

Key Responsibilities:

•Handling policy holders/ agent’s complaints about underwriting decision.
•Establishing and monitoring the panel clinics’ performance and activities to ensure smooth and quality delivery of medical services to customers.
•Providing the training to jet Underwriter (team) and junior underwriter.
•Provide health consultation to customer when they need further clarification about their health condition.
•Conduct training of general medical knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
•Support all the whole team and any other functions if needed.
•Handle any work appointed by Line manager on time.
•Could work under pressure (Working late or Saturday).
•Handling the pending policy at client, life planner, and panel doctor

Job Requirement:

•medical doctor degree with a very good command of English.
•Office computer.
•sound judgment, analytical and communicative skills, customer service oriented and enjoy working with people from all levels.
•At least 1 year experience in underwriting, prior for life assurance.
•Could work under pressure
•Good attitude
