Promotes and uplifts the service level of Concierge Team. Ensure consistency of underwriting decision and compliance of Company’s operation rules and guidelines to achieve quality business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality operation support and proactive follow up to jumbo cases. Handles requests, enquiries and appeal cases from agencies, channels and internal departments such as Contact Centre, Operations Service Centres and Agency Business Development Department with proper and flexible approaches in order to deliver quality customer services.
• Monitors and manages the quality and efficiency of the team to ensure the agreed service standards are achieved.
• Supports and provides training to underwriters, internal staff, agency force and channels to facilitate staff development and enhance competency levels and performance.
• Handles ad hoc projects as assigned in order to meet business requirements.

Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements

Job Requirements:

• University / College graduate plus 3 years experience OR
• Form 5 graduate plus 8 years related experience
• Underwriting knowledge in a life insurance company
• Proficient problem solving and communications skills
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
