Position Objective:
- Underwrite new business within TAT, quality and comply with auto underwriting guideline

New business task (80%)

• Non-Paper Application Verification
• Paper Application Data Entry
• Tele underwriting via iMEET
• Underwrite applications correctly auto underwriting rules and audit requirement  as well as ensure UW TAT/quality commitment

Underwriting support (20%):

• Escalate Medical after data entry or verification
• AML check
• Prepare User Requirements & Perform UAT
• Input medical fee and Payment Med fee to clinic
• Confirm Policy Kit
• Support NB/UWS Manager in implement of customer on boarding Team initiatives
• Others support Management Team by ad-hoc task.

Job requirements:

• Education: University
• Experience: prefer having experience in an insurance company
• Certifications/licenses: prefer having LOMA 280.
• Special skills: MS Software, communication skill.
• Customer service mindset
