Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the daily operations of staff canteens
  • Supervise the staff and ensure to provide quality food and beverages, and services to customers while complying with Company's standards
  • Coordinate with client on arranging food & beverages, and canteen set up for event
  • Responsible for the deployment of manpower, and compile rosters of staff
  • Prepare various reports for management review in a timely manner
  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of canteens while meeting the hygiene standards
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from superior

Requirements

  • Secondary school graduated
  • At least 3 years working experience in F&B industry
  • Candidate with supervisory experience is preferred
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Fluent in Chinese & English
