Responsibilities:

• Handle daily unit trust order i.e. account opening, subscription, redemption, switching, transfer, dividend and reinvestment
• Monitor the process of unit trust transactions on daily basis
• Communicate with Fund Houses & Distributors for operation issues
• Assist to set up fund groups for new business and formulate workflow for handling
• Conduct UAT for system enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Banking or Economic
• At least 2 years unit trust administration experience
• Knowledge in Fund set up is a plus
• Good at problem-solving, customer focused and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
