University Subject Lecturer/ Researcher Job Description:
1. Location: Hubei province, China.
2. Contract Term: one academic year, Sep. 2024 to June 2025.
3. Courses: Literature, Linguistics, Academic English, Computer Science, Mathematics, PE, Art, Education.
4. Students Age: 18-22 years old.
5. Work Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
6. Work Hours: 6-18 teaching periods a week, no office hours.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: CNY15,000 - 18,000 monthly. Twelve months pay a year.
2. Paper Publication Award: CNY50,000 per paper.
3. Accommodation: free of charge independent apartment provided.
4. Vacation: full paid three months vacations a year.
5. Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays.
6. Airfare Allowance: CNY14,000 a year upon the contract fulfillment.
7. Insurance: accident insurance and health insurance provided.
8. Tour in China: allowance of CNY2,200 per academic year.
9. Work Visa: yes.

Requirements:
1. No nationality limit.
2. PhD degree, related majors.
3. Candidates can speak Mandarin are preferred.
