University Subject Lecturer/ Researcher Job Description:
1. Location: Hubei province, China.
2. Contract Term: one academic year, Feb. 2025- Jan. 2026.
3. Courses: English Literature, English Linguistics, Academic English.
4. Students Age: 18-22 years old.
5. Work Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
6. Work Hours: 6-18 teaching periods a week, no office hours.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: CNY18,000 - 20,000 monthly. Twelve months pay a year.
2. Paper Publication Award: CNY50,000 a paper.
3. Accommodation: free of charge independent apartment provided.
4. Vacation: full paid three months vacations a year.
5. Holidays: full paid 13 days Chinese public holidays.
6. Airfare Allowance: CNY10,000 a year upon the contract fulfillment.
7. Tour in China: allowance of CNY2,200 per academic year.
8. Insurance: accident insurance and health insurance provided.
9. Visa: yes.
