Currently, one (1) full-time and one (1) part-time teaching positions are now available on the campus in Jiashan, near Shanghai (with free bus transportation available). Starting in December 2023. Strongly recommended that full-time teacher resides in the Jiashan area. The teaching role involves general TEFL style delivery of university students, studying a range of majors, which may include (non) and English majors, coupled with elective courses. Imperative to be a native speaker of English ONLY from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada.

Teacher Expectations & Overview:
- Teaching Oral English to classes of 15 - 40+ university students.
- Twelve to fifteen 90-minute classes per week.
- Maximizing teaching shift efficiency to avoid split schedules.
- All classes scheduled Monday -Friday  8:15 am – 3:50 pm.
- Teacher are required on campus (through provided transportation) 15 minutes prior to the class.
- Comfortable office space available, with an office desktop PC and desktop PC in classrooms.
- Curriculum established, although teaching styles may be incorporated into the lessons. 
- Facilitating in English Corners and other English competitions.
- Curriculum Design required for the full-time teaching role.

Qualifications:
- Hold an AUTHENTICATED by your local government: University Bachelor degree (or higher)
- Hold an AUTHENTICATED by your local government: TEFL certificate (Teaching Certifications)
- Hold an AUTHENTICATED by your local government: Background Check
- Native speaker of English
- Minimum 5-years of teaching experience 
- Comfortable with standardized technology
- Be at least 30 years of age

Compensation:
- 10-month contract, starting September 1st, 2023.
- Visa assistance directly provided for transition to team. (Shanghai province visa law requirement)
- 17,000 RMB per calendar month (13,500 basic salary + 3,500 housing allowance).
- Cost effective (nice and affordable housing costs) when residing in Jiashan.
- One week (7 nights) offered in a hotel and help to find permanent accommodation provided.
- Up to potentially 5,000 RMB end-of-contract bonus (related to performance).
- Travel allowance up to 4,000 RMB per year. Paid upon completion of contract.
