University Foreign English Teacher needed in inner Mongolia for Feb. 2024!

工作说明与待遇Job Description and Requirement:
1.月均口语学时72学时;课程三种:(1)大一大二国际学院2+2项目生雅思口语、写作、文化。(2)英语专业本科生口语、视听说、写作、文化。(3)硕士博士研究生非英语专业口语、写作。
(1节写作=1.5节口语;1节听力=1.25节口语)
Average 72 hours speaking classes/month.Classes Type: 1.IELTS Speaking & Writing for 2+2 program freshmen and sophomore. 2.Speaking, Listening,Writing,Culture,Literature for English major bachelor student. 3.Speaking,Writing for non-English Major Master and PhD students.
(1 Writing/Literature/Culture=1.5 Speaking. 1 Listening=1.25 Speaking)

2.不需坐班，学校地处呼和浩特市中心，生活交通便利; 作为农业大学有林学院等，校园环境好。No need to be in office when there is no class. The University is located in downtown of Hohhot, the capital city ofInner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Northern China. With several forestry related colleges, its three campus (next to each other) have plenty trees, making IMAU one of the most natural and beautiful universities in Hohhot.

3. 60岁以下，持英语母语国家护照，本科以上，符合外专局要求。Under 60 years old. English speaking country passport holder, bachelor degree or above, satisfying other requirements of Forcign Expert Bureau.

4. 合同期1学年起。Contract period: at least 1 academic year(e.g,starts at September 1
to next July 31)

5.待遇:本硕博分别 8/9/10k 底薪，全年10个月工资;每年假期补助5k; 教育背景契合+1k; 工作经验2年以上+2k: 校内专家公寓套房(或覆盖合同期租房补贴2k/月); 每年1w机票补助。
Salary: BA Degree holder:8000RMB/month OR
Master Degree holder: 9000RMB/month OR
PhD holder 10000RM/month
Holiday benefits 5000RMB/year.
Extra 1000RMB/month if candidate has a Teaching or English academic background.
Extra 2000RMB/month if candidate has 2+ years working experience.
10,000RMB/year for air fare reimbursement.
In-campus apartment (all bill included) OR 2,000RMB housing allowance/month covering whole contract period.
10 Months salaries for one contract year.
