Job Description

1.To assess student’s achievements and progress in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
2.Prepare and present informative reports to parents in a professional manner.
3.Interact with academic and administrative colleagues to establish productive working relationships.
4.Select appropriate resources to support learners in achieving teaching objectives.
5.Take responsibility for own professional development.
6.Promote the general progress and well-being of students and of the Form Tutor Group as a whole.
7.Contribute to whole school learning initiatives
8.Inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues.

Requirements

1. Native English Speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least 3 years of previous working experience as a university guidance counselor;
5. Hold a recognized qualification as a University Guidance Counselor preferred;


Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 26,500 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
