Responsibilities:

Driving adaptation of current Dentsply Sirona product portfolio at top 20 universities, target group students

• Establishes and maintains the connection with the top stomatology universities in China and their respective educational leaders
• Analyses current student training programs and approaches in those universities in terms of our current portfolio
• Continues the implementation and expands the basis of currently established programs with these universities in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry
• Designs and creates cooperative projects through discussion with education leaders of the universities, potentially integrates further products into the educational curriculum
• Executes on additional educational support discussed with universities in close cooperation with the Academy and product management
• Designs optional courses for students in ground breaking technologies, e.g. CAD/CAM, together with the Academy
• Teaches students on the handling of our product portfolio through online/offline workshops
• Follow-up on students leaving universities in terms of future product adaptation and continuous training requirements

Developing a vision on how to advance student curriculums in dentistry, implements vision together with university hospitals

• Establishes and leads permanent and continued discussion platforms with educational department leaders, e.g. advisory boards
• Engages in discussions with the deans of departments of stomatology university hospitals to establish a common vision of the future of dentistry
• Executes on this vision, specifically in terms of new technology and establishment of new courses within the students’ curriculum

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, stomatology preferred.
• Master’s degree a plus, especially in stomatology
• At least 10 years’ experience in the dental industry in clinical & scientific affairs, marketing or in the educational area.
• Connected to top 20 university hospitals in past positions.
• Proven success in building relationships to top key opinion and educational leaders in the respective medical field
• Visionary mindset, own thoughts and ideas on the future of dentistry
• Ability to excite, influence and convince others
• Strong self-initiative and -motivation
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, creating bonds with peers and other functional departments
• Knowledge about student curriculums and dental treatments
• Ability to capture synergies between education and product portfolio in a fast and systematic way
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Frequent local business travels a must (>30%)
