One Oral English Foreign Teacher Position Available at a University in Hainan
1.Requirements:
Master's degree
Two years teaching experiences in oral English
TEFL/TESOL Certificate. 
The position is available immediately for a one-year contract (including a probation
period of one month), with the possibility of renewing for two or more years
depending on performance.
2.Working Hours and Holidays
Teaching with 16 hours (at most) each week.
Paid holidays: two days off each week; all public holidays in China; paid summer and winter
vacations.
3.Salary
Gross salary consists of base salary plus a housing allowance. 
Base salary per month is commensurate with qualification and experience, ranging from
RMB 7000 to 10000 and 80% of that for the probation month. 3.The housing allowance
amounts to RMB 2250 per month.
4.Allowances
Social insurance, medical check fee and cost of residence permit are covered by the
university.
International air tickets allowance amounts to RMB 10000 each contract year.
