As a Business Program Manager supporting our University Recruiting (UR) Engineering Account Management team you will partner with UR Engineering leadership and Account Management Recruiters (AMRs) to define and deliver one hires that will empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. In this role, you will function as the program manager the delivery of critical task areas such as demand planning, champ education, interviewer collection/readiness, business group interview/event asks, and placement to set up UR Engineering for success. In addition, you’ll also partner closely with leaders outside of UR Engineering such as Industry Staffing, HR leaders, and Diversity and Inclusion leaders on data, insights and recommendations. Creating content with insights and recommendations for executive presentations will be a core part of this role.

· Project Management - You help gather data and information needed for operational analyses; you participate in project meetings, review updates on project progress and propose suggestions to improve deliverables.
· Solution Management - You follow guidelines to provide business analysis through system telemetry and participate in optimization projects aimed at reducing costs and improving quality.
· Operational Compliance - You document process and operating procedures according to established guidelines and plans; you help monitor preventative and detective internal controls.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Business Analysis - The ability to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems; solutions may include a software-systems development component, process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development.
- Database Management - Knowledge of and the ability to use database software (for example, Microsoft applications, web-based applications, company information systems) to maintain, modify, and output data.
- Data Integrity - The ability to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data over its entire life-cycle in design, implementation, and usage of systems.
- Root Cause Analysis - The ability to systematically analyze and understand the root cause of problems, events, and/or escalations, and direct corrective measures at the root cause.
- Key Performance Indicators - Knowledge of Performance Indicators, measurable indicators that demonstrate the achievement of an outcome enabling decision-makers to assess progress towards the achievement of intended outputs, outcomes, goals, and objectives, and are chosen to reflect the critical success factors of a project.
- Change Management - The ability to define and implement procedures and/or technologies to deal with changes in the environment. This may include adapting to change, controlling change, and/or affecting change.
- Administrative Document Design - The ability to design, prepare, and deliver information in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of the job (e.g., logs, forms, and technical, program, system, specifications, requirements, general reports, legal, manuals). Human Resources and Business Partnership - The ability to complement business purpose with Human Resources concepts. This includes having a broad knowledge of the overall business in order to understand its purpose coupled with the ability to recognize unique department/division purpose and contribution, and bring awareness to the interdependencies. This also includes the ability to bring employment elements such as pay, benefits, etc. for departments or divisions into perspective and alignment with those of the overall business
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Compliance or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project, program or product management skills.
- Familiarity with project, program or product management methodologies and tools such as workback plans, roadmaps, gap analysis, design thinking etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations
- Familiarity with university recruiting.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to create presentations and decks for executive leadership consumption.
