University Relations Internship Description Summer Internship Program: Provide preliminary planning support to summer internship program with University Recruiting Lead and onsite support from University Recruiting teammates. Responsibilities to include: a. Help prepare intern events including social and networking events. b. Intern Survey- Help with sending out and analyzing the “pros and cons” submitted by interns for continuous process improvement. This feedback will be used to make improvements to the program for 2024. c. Kick Off of Intern Program- Assist with virtual orientation classes in May/early June d. National Intern Day-Lead efforts for Healthineers to recognize interns in the Summer 2023 program e. Intern Testimonials- Lead efforts to update website with intern testimonials University Recruiting Team: Lead execution of Fall 2023 recruiting preparation, including: f. University Recruiting Preparations: i. Participate in campus team calls for a few colleges and universities (different locations, alignment focus and sizes) preparations with University Recruiters to observe differences with schools and execution of campus strategies and planning. ii. Assist in fall preliminary agendas and calendar invitations to send to campus teams g. Update University Recruiting website refresh with team i. Review and recommend updates to the website 1. Assist with adding diversity and fall recruiting events 2. Ensure brand enhancements with special focus to attract early career talent Individual Projects: h. Summarize Intern Survey results and recommendations for summer 2023 i.
