University Relations is seeking a Campus Manager to join our team of recruitment professionals. The Campus Manager will be responsible for the Business Programs recruiting and sourcing talent in this highly competitive space to support Eaton’s growth strategy. This role will be based in Beachwood, OH.
Collegiate recruitment is a challenging, dynamic space that requires Campus Managers to draw on a variety of competencies to achieve their goals. Campus Managers are responsible for several key areas of the early talent recruitment space, including (but not limited to):

Building and executing a comprehensive brand strategy for Eaton within the highly competitive business collegiate job market

Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a minimum of 10 collegiate partners

Driving the assessment and selection of talent to feed our competitive Eaton Internship, Co-op and Leadership Development Programs (responsible for a minimum of 100 total hires per year)

Expanding Eaton’s relationships with select Diversity Organizations, at the collegiate, regional and national levels
-
Coaching and developing members of our Eaton Talent Scout Network, who support the campus recruitment plan as outlined by the Campus Manager

Partnering with Eaton’s Inclusion Resource Groups (iERGs) to expand our brand with diverse populations

Supporting our internal business partners to ensure a robust pipeline of collegiate talent into the organization

Serving as the subject matter expert for collegiate recruitment on the steering committees of our Leadership Development Programs

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years full-time work experience in business, talent acquisition or higher education
- No relocation benefit will be provided. All candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH to be considered.
