Eaton’s Corporate Division is seeking a University Relations Digital Campus Manager to join the team! Position Overview: Reporting directly to the University Relations Manager, and a part of the Eaton Early Talent COE, the University Relations Digital Campus Manager will be responsible the overall university relations team digital recruiting strategy and social media outreach. This will include owning all content on Handshake, LinkedIn, RippleMatch, Yello, social media, national diversity job boards and other university recruiting platforms. Partnering with Eaton’s Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to create content and working with Eaton’s overall communications team to gain approval and timing for annual social media content and strategy. Hire will be responsible for all UR metrics regarding these platforms and overall hiring efforts. Digital Campus Manager will ensure the University Relations team is partnering with iERG partners to help drive collaborative activities and recruiting efforts. It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours Essential Functions: Own creating and managing all branding materials and campaigns on Handshake, LinkedIn, RippleMatch, Scholars and Diversity Portals Partner with each Campus Manager to build digital campaign strategy and timing during recruiting season Own creating, managing and gaining approval for all early talent social media content Conduct sourcing and screening via digital channels to support all Campus Managers Own and manage the annual requisition and posting process, including working with Global Back Office partners to ensure new jobs postings are created and posted in a timely fashion Manage event data reporting via Yello to ensure Campus Managers have access to event identified candidates in timely fashion Support hiring metrics pulling for timely leadership team updates Own and manage content distribution for candidates at offer stage Manage weekly updates to Program Manager and Campus Manager teams regarding candidates at offer stage Drive Diversity Conference hiring processes, job postings and metrics Own continuous research, benchmark and monitor how competitors are approaching digital outreach and new platforms that may exist to expand team’s efforts Attend and participate in conference and campus recruiting events as needed When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we- as individuals and as a company – are stronger. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in early talent, campus recrutiment, talent acquisition or human resources environment Ability to work in the US on a permanent basis without company sponsorship No relocation benefit will be provied. All candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH to be considerd. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with early talent platforms like Handshake, Yello, RippleMatch. Experience in branding hiring opportunities and companies. Work in HR, talent acquisition, early talent, or university career services. Experience in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. 5 years of full-time work experience in early talent, campus recrutiment, talent acquisition or human resources environment We make what matters work.
