【Job Description】
Giving Online lecture for the course Short Drama to University year 1 students from March to July 2023
Total workload：32 periods (40minutes each)

【Basic Requirements】
1.MUST have master degree or above, PHD preferred
2.At least one year RELEVANT teaching experience in university or college
3.Teaching in English, fluent English in speaking and writing
4.Require for exam preparation and marking
5.Teaching experience in China or other overseas countries preferred

【Basic Course information】
Aims:
This module builds upon the knowledge gained in Drama Craft and explores in more depth recent technical developments in the fast-changing landscape of the media and creative industries. The module will introduce students to advanced filmmaking techniques as they adapt scripts from Writing the Short Film. It aims to develop transferable skills in producing creative work in a professional manner.

Students will develop existing skills and adapt a selected screenplay from Screenwriting 200 into a longer fiction film. Advanced postproduction techniques will be introduced to enhance cinematography, sound design and visual effects. Emphasis will be placed on the use of visual language to impart narrative and short production exercises will allow each student the opportunity to develop craft skills in a particular area for example, Camera/Lighting, Sound Recording/Sound Design, Editing/Script supervision, Production Management or Directing skills.
