Position: EAP/ESL Teacher

Main Duties and Responsibilities
---A maximum of 20 teaching hours per week (each teaching hour = 45mins)
---Teaching preparation and regular lesson planning meetings
---Conduct assessments and provide written feedback as required
---Participate in teaching seminars and professional development training
---Necessary coordination and administrative work, such as course coordination, materials proofreading, and student enrolment support

Requirements
1.English native speakers;
2.Postgraduate degree;
3.DELTA/CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent qualification containing observed and assessed teaching practice;
4.Ideally 2 years’ experience of teaching and assessing English language at B1 level and above;
5.Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to lead and work well in teams;
6.Ability to use ICT effectively including use of a virtual learning environment (e.g. Moodle);
7.Be on board in end of August 2024;
*Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.

Salary&Benefits
1.Pay: Highly competitive; subsidy for accommodation, air ticket and bonus for teaching will be covered.
2.Additional package: 3000RMB (pre-tax) paid together with base pay monthly for accommodation and air ticket subsidy.
3.Expenses reimbursement: All costs related to foreign affairs formalities expended in side China will be covered, including physical examination, residence permit and the authentication of the highest degree. And a maximum of RMB 5000 yuan (pre-tax) for overseas costs can be reimbursed, including non-criminal record and the authentication, the authentication of the highest degree and teaching qualification, and entry visa application.
4.Insurance & Medical Care: Foreign teachers with one-year contract are entitled to commercial health insurance for foreigners(Details available in the contract).
5.Holiday: pro rata holiday entitlement (Details will be shown in the contract).
6.Others: 1-3 year, fixed term contract, with possibility of contract extension
7.Paid holidays: Paid insurance and Chinese Public holidays
