About the Position
We are seeking 5 qualified English teachers to join our faculty at a reputable public university in Baoding, Hebei Province. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators looking to advance their careers in a stable academic environment.
• Teaching Subject: English Language
• Workload: Maximum 24 teaching hours per week
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract (renewable)
• Start Date: February 2026
Requirements
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor's degree or above (relevant majors preferred)
3. Prior university teaching experience is a strong advantage
4. Must currently be in China with a valid cultural/educational category work visa (Z-visa)
• Important: We cannot sponsor new work visas or candidates currently outside China

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: 20,000-25,000 RMB (pre-tax) based on qualifications and experience
• Flight Allowance: International flight subsidy provided annually
• Accommodation: Off-campus faculty apartment provided
• Social Insurance: Full social security contributions included
• Paid Holidays:
• Full salary during winter and summer vacations
• August salary: 10,000 RMB (reduced due to no teaching obligations)
• Visa Support: Visa renewal assistance provided for existing work visas
