Henan Education Association for International Exchange (HNEAIE), affiliated to the Education Department of Henan Province, is Henan"s statewide non-profit organization conducting international educational exchanges. It is the member organization of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE).
HNEAIE has a full commitment to meeting the needs of Henan education opening up, developing exchanges between the Henan educational community and other parts of the world, constructing a multilevel platform for international cooperation and promoting the overall advancement of Henan education, culture, science and technology.
As its basic missions, HNEAIE extensively conducts exchange and cooperation by working together with educational and research institutions, academic bodies, schools, enterprises as well as foundations and individuals in other countries and regions who are enthusiastic for supporting educational development on the basis of principles of equality, friendship and double-win.

The highest governing body of HNEAIE is the Council. The 5th session of the council was founded in July, 2005 with the election of Mr. Li Wencheng, deputy director of the Education Department of Henan province, as the president and eight vice presidents, who are also school administrators from Zhengzhou University, Henan University, Henan University of Science and Technology, Henan Normal University, Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhongyuan University of Technology, Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management, Henan University of Technology and Zhengzhou University of Light Industry . The council has 79 members, among them, 25 are members of the standing committee.
The executive body of HNEAIE is the Secretariat that undertakes its day-to-day operations, which is located in Zhongyuan University of Technology.At
