Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in similar role working as Project/Team lead and have technical expertise on IBM and Linux Unix flavour servers.

Expertise in the following areas is a must:

• Act as first point of contact for the operations management at JSCC (China) Site
• Is responsible for developing a project plan that works to achieve progression criteria using sound processes in the shortest amount of time with the least cost
• Provide weekly updates on the operations at JSCC to both program manager and STATS management
• Needs to be proficient and have a good understanding on all the technologies includes Unix, Linux, Windows, VMware, Exchange, Database, Storage, Backups and Network
• Should be able to lead and guide the team in all the crisis situations
• Keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, program decisions, issues, and changes to the project and the project plan
• The SL is responsible for organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow-up action on issues raised in the meeting
• The SL need to interact directly with Site managers/Directors to ensure and address all the customer demands.
• Extensive experience with hands on AIX and Linux operating system
• Good exposure to basic and advanced administration tasks on IBM AIX, HACMP clusters and Linux(RHEL).
• Perform troubleshooting and have indepth knowledge on the architecture of physical and virtual servers
• Exposure to storage and SAN is must
