The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to government to provide on-going system maintenance and implementation support

Description:

• To provide technical and maintenance support to ensure high level of stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online service
• To provide technical support on system infrastructure, including web / database / application servers, etc.
• To provide technical support on security measures and reviews, Chinese computing and processing, system programming and quality check, system performance and healthiness monitoring for the system infrastructure
• To provide technical support on Lotus Notes application
• To monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for the technical support on system infrastructure
• Any other tasks assigned by the management
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years IT experience
• Solid hands-on experience in technical support of system infrastructure with web/database/application servers in AIX UNIX and Windows platform
• Hands-on experience on the followings:

1. Document Management System
2. FileNet
3. Tivoli Storage Management
4. Tivoli Workload Scheduler
5. Oracle RDBMS

• Self-motivated, a team player, hardworking and able to work independently
• Work overtime in some occasions is required
• HK Permanent Resident is required
