Scope of Role

Manage Unsecured Lending products and portfolio to achieve economic profits, organization strategy & goals

Key Roles and Responsibility

• Formulate the strategic roadmaps of unsecured lending portfolio growth and high-level business cases to optimize commercialization of portfolio via providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
• Ensure well-managed budgets with timeliness and accuracy
• Manage timelines and coordinate resources to optimize the growth of Unsecured Lending portfolio
• Participate in product strategy and plan discussion to contribute professional ideas
• Follow project coordination and provide support proactively to pursue opportunities and support the evolution of Unsecured Lending business
• Perform ad hoc analysis to ensure the portfolio development
• Provide qualitative analysis as well as thorough understanding of competitive landscape
• Conduct initiatives on increasing portfolio growth, in terms of volume and financial perspectives
• Own and manage product development/ maintenance/ enhancement
• Streamline end-to-end process of Unsecured Lending product
• Execute campaigns to expand the portfolio via stimulating the usage of existing customers
• Manage outsourced vendors to comply with Group and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with Unsecured Lending Product Managers to identify the critical factors or issues on unsecured lending business
• Ensure close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, e.g., Finance, Marketing, Client Acquisition, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, IT, Operation
• Work with Group and Regional team to advocate the strategies

Professional & Business Criteria

• University degree above
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in Unsecured Lending product management. Track record of success in managing product financials is highly preferred
• Proven knowledge of Unsecured Lending products, and understanding of digital platforms is a plus
• Strategic and analytical thinking with capable of strong execution
• Strong self-motivation and self-management skills
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills
• Good verbal and written in English
