Job Description
1. Undertake investigation, project requirements analysis and conceptual design in prior period of project; collect and provide information to design department;
2. Participate in the planning and research of top-level design, construction and operation mode of sponge cities and urban planning’s overall solution;
3. Responsible for the explanation during project implementing process;
4. Undertake problems’ solving and make technical breakthrough;
5. Complete drafting.


Job Qualification
1. Master degree or above in Human Geography/Urban Planning/Tourism Planning (or relevant); ability of master planning, controlled planning and constructive detailed planning of tourist attractions; relevant internship experience preferred; successfully independent experience of tourism projects planning or master planning preferred;
2. Proficient with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, ArcGis, etc.;
3. Good knowledge of policies, history, culture, nature, society and economy; excellent oral and written communication skills;
4. Familiar with relevant local regulations;
5. Hard-working, accountable and good at teamwork.
