Urgently Wanted: Kindergarten English Teacher(Homeroom)
Start date: ASAP(Candidates in China preferred)

Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree or higher degree holder, education major preferred
2) Female native English speakers or non-native with fluent spoken English
3) At least two years kindergarten teaching experience after university graduation;
4) English teaching certificates such as TESOL /TEFL
5) Early childhood education certificates
6) People person with outgoing personality and good communication skills

Responsibilities：
1) Prepare and deliver kindergarten English lessons to kindergarten kids
2) Fulfill homeroom duties
3) Make corresponding teaching plan according to the level of students
4) Assess students’ performance and provides feedback
5) Create an engaging English Focus learning environment for kids, organize interesting activities and improve their English speaking ability
6) Support children’s holistic development by organizing activities, such as outdoor activities and some interesting games
7) Offer assistance and collaborative support as needed to Chinese teachers when they give lessons, such as assisting with daily care routines (hand washing, bathroom breaks, water drinking, snake and lunchtime feeding) and ensuring children stay hydrated
8) Actively interacts with children to naturally showcase the enriching role of the presence in the classroom during school opening days or other family engagement events
9) Take hosting role when needed in kindergarten-wide events
10) Attend staff meetings, such as Teaching Research Meeting, in order to remain current about educational policies, special procedures and fully understand the teaching requirement and arrangements
11) Take turns to conduct demo classes on weekends during the enrollment season
12) Take other assignments according to the kindergarten's arrangements during the working hours.
12) Working Hour: 8:00 a.m.~ 4:00 p.m.; Lunch time: 11:30 a.m.~12:30 p.m; Nap time: 12:30p.m. ~ 2:30p.m..
13) Student age: 2-4
14) Class scale: about 15-25
