Changchun Children's Training Center - Foreign Teacher Position
Requirements
Native English speaker, Bachelor's degree or above (Education/Language preferred)
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification required
Under 45 years old, willing to relocate to China, passionate about education and children
Interest in Chinese culture, able to work collaboratively with the team

Teaching Details
Student age: 3-18 years old
Class size: 12-16 students, 60 minutes per class
Weekly teaching hours: 20 hours (2 days off per week, rotating schedule)
Chinese teaching assistant provided, complete curriculum and materials, paid training

Salary & Benefits (Pre-tax/Post-tax)
Pre-tax monthly salary: 18,000-20,000 RMB
Post-tax base salary: 10,000-12,000 RMB
Housing: Private apartment provided OR 2,000 RMB/month housing allowance
Bonuses:
Entry allowance: 2,000 RMB/month
Flight allowance: 12,000 RMB (one-time)
Contract completion bonus: 12,000 RMB
Teaching performance bonus: Up to 2,000 RMB/month
Overtime pay: 200 RMB/hour
