1. Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: Three grades available
- Grade 1: 16,000 RMB + 3,000-4,000 RMB housing allowance
- Grade 2: 20,000 RMB + 3,000-4,000 RMB housing allowance
- Grade 3: 24,000 RMB + 3,000-4,000 RMB housing allowance
- Additional Remuneration: Performance bonus + commission (calculated separately); Teaching hour bonus: 160-380 RMB per hour for hours exceeding the basic teaching hours
- Payment Date: 15th of each month, postponed if it falls on weekends or holidays
- Other Benefits:
- 5 days of annual leave after 1 year of employment
- Holiday benefits for Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Women's Day

2. Job Responsibilities

- Prepare lessons and give lectures carefully.
- Only be responsible for students and teaching quality; the company will provide full support to solve other issues.

3. Job Requirements

- Priority is given to candidates with English teaching experience for students aged 3-15.
- Be down-to-earth, have a strong sense of responsibility and love the education industry.
- Have solid teaching skills, be good at interacting with children and creating an active classroom atmosphere.

4. Working Hours
- Basic Teaching Hours: 80 hours per month
- Regular Period (Non-Summer/Winter Vacations):
- Tuesday-Friday: 15:00 - 20:30
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 - 20:00
- Summer/Winter Vacations: Adjusted according to the course schedule, usually Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 17:00
