THE JOB

The role of the User Centricity Sr Manager is to ensure key leadership teams and strategic projects across Mars Inc. are driven by the user centricity mindset, design thinking and agile methodology, as well as provide internal teams with a platform for inspiration and collaboration.

These individual practices breakthrough thinking and will be at the forefront of trends and emerging technology, consistently sharing back ideas and findings with internal teams and partners. This disruptive, strategic thinker and operator will help drive Mars digital growth we are proud of.   

 

KEY OUTPUTS  

•             Track record of designing, developing, implementing high impact engaging content, using a variety of innovative approaches

•             Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

•             Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment

•             Strong stakeholder and vendor management, project management skills

•             Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed teams, internal and external resources

•             Experience managing in a global environment

•             Ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences

•             Work well independently and in teams

•             Creatively minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content

•             Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

•             Must have a passion for User centricity approach/design thinking/human centered design

 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in leading and influencing transformational change, ideally in the area of design and/or marketing
