Job responsibilities:
1. Focus on user behavior research, combine platform attributes and user characteristics, build user operation system, plan operation plan, improve user service level and resource utilization efficiency through refined user operation, and continuously excavate and enhance user value.
2. User portraits are sorted out through user behavior data analysis, and feasible user grouping and hierarchical operation schemes are formulated according to business characteristics, so as to improve user repurchase rate.
3. Responsible for user access, active, ordering full-link transformation and upgrading, responsible for the overall value of users.
4. Establish and optimize the membership system, plan members'rights and interests, formulate effective member incentives, and continuously promote the healthy development of the membership group.
5. Has good user insight, can combine business attributes, platforms and products to formulate different user operation strategies, independently complete user activity planning, effect tracking, data analysis, summary and evaluation;
6. Construct and monitor the flow data of each channel, explore access channels for users inside and outside the station, and establish hierarchical management of user quality, focusing on user health management.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years user operation experience, familiar with user growth model, successful e-commerce user growth cases are preferred, and app user operation experience in the Middle East is preferred.
2. Excellent cross-sectoral communication and collaboration ability, can effectively coordinate the work of various departments.
3. Excellent business sensitivity, rigorous logic and deep thinking ability.
4. Good sense of purpose, data-driven, result-oriented.
5. Strong initiative, able to quickly learn and master business changes, strong anti-pressure ability.
