Job Description

Role Description:

 

This role is primarily focused on managing customer product, SELECT, training and professional service orders, fulfilment and invoicing.  In addition, the potential candidate will work with the Bentley Sales to maximize Bentley’s revenue opportunity in ANZ through effective management and administration of SELECT contracts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Order processing - release Quotation to Order or Contract, order change in SAP CRM to trigger fulfilment and billing/invoicing customer;
  • Contract Management - administration, review, and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications, company policies, and government regulations;
  • Entering contracts into system and maintaining customer pricing information, SELECT contract renewal, quotation, billing and cancellation in SAP CRM;
  • Coordinating the delivery of product, fulfilment documents and invoice to customer;
  • Day to day handling order/contract fulfilment issues, like customer credit block, license issue via license tool, etc;
  • Ensuring effective communication with Managed Account Manager, Commercial Account Manager, Channel Management team, Renewal team and the downstream functions, like Account Receivable (Collections) and TSG (Technical Support Group) to enhance the efficiency and quality of work;
  • Support and implement the global process and system;
  • Data clean-up in SAP regarding license issue, Business Partners, etc;
  • Monitoring key business reports and provide value-added service to Sales team via regular reporting;
  • Other jobs assigned by the manager.

     

    Education/experience/skill requirements:

     

  • Fluent English are mandatory / Secondary language: Fluent Japanese or Korean.
  • In order to accommodate the time difference between Beijing and Australia, the candidate must start at 8:00 am and end at 5:00pm.
  • BS/BA in Management, International Business or equivalent related business experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of Order Management, Contract Management experience is desirable.
  • Experience in CRM & SAP, or an equivalent ERP

    Decision Making Authority:

     

  • Day to day management for responsible accounts in ANZ

     

           Problem Solving Responsibility:

 

  • Identify critical issues and find out solutions, and report to the manager if escalation or decision-making is required.
