l Collaborate with different development teams to explore TA needs and translate into hardware/software technology solution.
l Develop scenarios for early stage product concept for new business.
l Work independently to plan and execute thorough usability testing.
l Perform quick UX assessment and benchmark study to fulfill fast pace development tempo
1. Education: Psychology or Human factor major is preferred but not limited
2. Experience: At least 3 years UX working experience in IT industry.
3. Skills: Desk Research; Usability Test; Contextual Inquiry
l Able to interpret things in fresh aspect to build new business.
l Excellent reading and writing skills in English with fluent oral communication.
l Exposure to new quantitative research approach (AI, Big data…) is a plus.
