The Platform Services team is seeking a talented student for a seasonal paid User Success Internship. In this role, you will help our users learn and understand our software by creating learning content, presentations, and datasets. Other assignments might include technical support and/or product testing. You will be mentored by one of our senior consultants in a virtual and in person capacity (when possible).

 

• Responsibilities:
  • Day to Day Activities will be wide ranging and can include
  • Content Development
  • Documentation
  • Creation of training material for our users
  • Technical support
  • Product Testing

 

• Core Qualifications:
  • Candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or general Engineering. Or enrolled in an Engineering CAD Technology program.
  • Internship, Co-Op, or project experience in a Civil or General Engineering firm or Field Experience
  • Excellent English writing skills
