Job Description. Duties for the User Success Manager role include a broad range of tasks such as, maintaining ongoing User relationships, networking, deliver pre-sale product presentation, post-sale training and consultancy, contributing to usage and revenue growth. Your technical expertise in Geotechnical Finite Element Analysis with advanced constitutive soil models will provide insights on client-to-business interactions and assist in improving user experience through product support. Successful candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, aptitude for learning and using new software and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal User Success colleague will engage with our Users, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our User base.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Deliver Training, mentoring, and consulting sessions
  • Coordinate, evaluate and improve tutorials and other training materials
  • Analyze user data to improve user experience
  • Serve as the primary liaison between company and users
  • Implement onboarding processes for users
  • Handle and resolve user requests and technical issues
  • Develop and manage client business development
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Enhance and continually improve user satisfaction
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users

 

Qualifications

  • Bechelor/Master Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • General understanding of Non-Linear Finite Element analysis
  • Proficiency with PLAXIS, PLAXIS LE.  Additional experience with other FE products prefered, and competing platforms (Flac, Rocscience, RS2, GeoStudio) is a plus;
  • Minimum 3 years experience prior geotechnical engineering related experience;
  • Familiarity with the industry trends, best practices, government regulations and ability to validate software results;
  • Excellent written and oral communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, German language is a plus 
  • Ability to learn, effectively demonstrate and support Bentley’s software product line;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
