Position Summary 

Duties for the User Success Support Trainee role include tasks such as onboarding Virtuosity users, maintaining ongoing User relationships, networking, coordinating with sales, operations, and User Success Managers in Virtuosity to facilitate onboarding and further user engagement process to improve overall user experience.  

 

Successful candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, aptitude for learning and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Engage with users in North America and Latin America to implement onboarding process 
  • Help and educate users in setting up licenses and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any technical issue 
  • Analyze user data to improve user experience 
  • Monitor Account Health and coordinate with Virtuosity teams to eliminate any risk, improve user experience and satisfaction  

 

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities 

  • College degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field required 
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience  
  • Excellent written and oral communication, as well as strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate any new process  
  • Strong empathy for users and passion for building networking with users to drive product usage and revenue
