Job Overview:
Develop designs, plans, and operations for utility systems, such as water, electricity, gas and wastewater. Participate in the design, and monitor the construction, of utility systems in the new plant expansion
Main Responsibilities
- System responsibilities include: Weld water, Building Controls, Cooling Towers/Chillers, Boilers, Compressed Air, Generation, Fire Protection, Natural Gas, Water/Sewer
- Maintain operation of all utilities equipment and implement a maintenance program in compliance with all required regulations
- Provide support to the site FM contractor to quickly resolve issues
- All utility pumps, motors and associated piping systems
- Troubleshooting and problem solving issues with site utilities and fire protection
- Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Coordinate equipment inspections and testing of equipment as part of an overall preventive maintenance program
- Utilize easy iPro for all maintenance planning including work request
- Implement reliability program for utilities equipment
- Implement utility consumption tracking, costs and improvement programs
- Team member will be responsible for defining scope of project requirements including technical documents, design, review and approvals, and project management through completion in coordination with the procurement department
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects with all stake holders including production, maintenance and all facilities management team members
- Other duties as assigned
Future projects:
- Integrate new buildings/facilities into existing systems
- Report utility consumptions per area and equipment type according to installed monitoring devices
- Implement green production methodology into all future projects
