Position Purpose & Summary
This position will be responsible for engineering technical lead for Energy or Utility construction including HAVC, Water Supplier and water treatment (RO water, hot water, production water etc.)
Coordinate Utility Technical activities with Build project management, processing & production team.
Report to Engineering & Project Director.

Principal Accountabilities
1.50%

• Utility net for the CAPC plant mainly for HVAC, Water Supplier and water treatment (RO water, Production Water, hot water, production water etc), CNG supply, Boilers ( including Steam), better and gradually learn for Refrigeration(R.T.), WWTP, Firefighting system, PSM, Air compressors , Thermal Oil, Fresh Oil system

• Develop utility standards and Best practices for CAPC ：

 Cargill guidance & principle implementing
 All the relative authority certificate & requirements accomplish
 Technical auditing & Annual performance assessment
 New Utility business/Project developing
 Design change evaluation

2.25%

• Project execution: Technical support on designing, major equipment sourcing, FAT, installation quality control
• Commissioning & start up takeover and transit it in operation
• Project final evaluation and acceptance
• Working scheduling & cost budgeting
• Support Utility Maintenance/Operation Cost Saving

3.15%

• Coordinating substation and Genset technical support during project period through Electrical engineer support
• To supporting obtain all the permit and license obtain for Operating authority approval
• Support Strategic Utility supplier Resources

Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills
1.Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree on Energy or Utility Engineering, HAVC or Water Supplier
• Over 10 years relative plant operation experience or project experience
• At least 10 years on the utilities design
• Be familiar with high automated utility system
• Energy or Utility construction including HAVC, Water Supplier and water treatment (RO water,Production Water, hot water, production water etc)
• Experience of applicable national and international (European)norms and regulations
• Willing to work in an international environment and a multicultural team
• Good overall knowledge of food processing industries including utility design and operation skills in both processing and agricultural, GMP HACCP and food safe design.
• Prefer experience in food manufacturing plant or project with multi stages ammonia refrigeration system
• In depth knowledge of one or more of the HVAC, steam boilers, WWTP, , tap water treatment
• Experience working on environmental health and safety systems including system design, implementation and management. Knowledge of implementing IS014001, ISO 18000 systems
• Knowledge of construction project management skills, and plant maintenance and reliability knowledge of China Process Safety standards and requirements Experience with regulated Process Safety Management
