Skill Requirements:

- 5-10 years of Relevant Experience in Development for Seats
- Knowledge of complete seat design & development
- Experience in Fine-tuning for Quality, Consumption Optimization
- Product knowledge of automotive Seating System
- Working Experience in UG NX would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross functional teams
- Experience in Mercedes-Benz norms and DBL standards, DIALOG and SMARAGD will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of German language will be added advantage.
- Intercultural Experience : Experience with working with Germany or other countries will be an added advantage


Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute Seat development with supplier as per Project timeline.
2. Prepare and monitor timeline for Seat development activities with supplier.
3. Close coordination with Complete Seat, Seat Structure, Styling colleagues
4. Define/approve Seat attachment/ location schemes with supplier
5. Evaluate Supplier data
6. Initiate & execute Engineering Change requests for Seats
