Main Purpose of the Role

The Variable Data Strategic Project Lead’s main responsibilities are to support the Variable Data Strategic Projects Manager to coordinate the planning and execution of variable data projects and analyze data from multiple sources and provide reports and dashboards related to the projects and other business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities：

• Facilitate the project initiation phase by defining the scope, identifying all the stakeholders and defined the project charter and timeline

• Track the project execution and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure the established milestones are met and projects are completed in the scheduled timeline

• Provide status updates to the management team on the project execution on a weekly or monthly basis

• Establish and measure KPIs resulting from the project deliverables and provide analysis and dashboards for assessment of the project implementation

• Analyze data and provide dashboards to relevant stakeholders

• Carry out other relevant duties as required by management

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management/ coordination (PMP certification would be an advantage)

• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Trello or similar

• Data analytical skills

• Programming experience would be an added advantage

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English (Cantonese or Mandarin are an advantage)

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent), some studies in computer science (as a minor) would be an advantage
