• 在产品/项目开发或量产阶段对供应商进行评估，实施VDA6.3过程审核或定制化的二方过程审核业务；

• 基于过程审核或供应商评估的审核发现，进行差距分析并提出相应的措施；

• 基于供应商审核或供应商评估，负责提供供应链的解决方案；

• 关注但不限于汽车行业，通过供应商促进/改进项目提升质量和/或生产效率；

• 具备提供相关培训的能力者优先。

• Conduct VDA6.3 process audit or customized 2nd party process audit for supplier evaluation during product/project development or mass production phase.

• Be responsible for gap analysis and countermeasures basing on the findings of the process audit or supplier evaluation.

• Provide solutions to supplier chain basing on supplier audit or supplier evaluation.

• Supplier enabling and/or improvement programs to improve quality and/or production efficiency, focused on auto industry but not limited.

• Ability to deliver training courses, preferred.

职位要求：

• 工程或制造专业本科或以上学位；

• 5年以上工作经验，具有汽车行业OEM或一级供应商工作经验则更佳；

• 汽车行业至少两年的质量管理、供应商质量管理或制造过程管理或相关的工作经验，并具备问题解决及防错的技能；

• 具备ISO9001/IATF16949的基础知识，熟悉汽车行业5大质量手册（APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA）；

• 拥有精益生产和6西格玛的基础知识；

• 通过VDA QMC培训，获得审核员卡的VDA6.3过程审核员则更佳；

• 具备有效的沟通技能，能够准确的判断和识别供应商的问题或相关的风险；

• 英语熟练，至少具备写报告和阅读理解的能力。

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering and manufacturing

• 5+ years working experience, especially in auto industry，OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred

• Of which, at least 2 years working experience in quality management, supplier quality management or manufacturing process management with problem solving experience and Error proof/Poka-Yoke skill

Basic knowledge on ISO9001/IATF16949 and be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA

• Basic knowledge on lean production, Six sigma

• Qualified VDA6.3 process auditor by VDA QMC preferred

• Effective communication skills to articulate supplier defects or related risks for cause analysis and coaching suppliers for corrective actions

• Be familiar with English in writing, reading and reporting etc.
