Join an exciting and growing Intel Validation Engineering team (iVE VEE) as Validation Technician. In this position, the selected candidate can begin or resume a career in the largest organization at Intel Guadalajara. This person will have the possibility to interact with different stakeholders/organizations and collaborate to ensure Validation of Intel's products. The selected candidate will be responsible for technical functions in support of engineering test activities and validation in the lab; conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data for assigned tests or hardware verifications; assures systems sustaining and allows continuing automatic test execution; assures the follow up of given test instructions and performs systems failure analysis at the first level of triage and debugging. This person will require a background required on basic communication skills and English, Customer obsessed and be accountable for assignments, in order to be successful.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 1+ month of experience on systems or computers boards
- 1+ month of experience on computer hardware architecture and software configurations
- 1+ months of understanding of validation OSs and BIOS (Linux is preferred)
- 1+ months experience on hardware and system diagnosis.
- Intermediate English Level

Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming skills a plus
