Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of visual effects for character spells and skills, environmental effects, monster attacks and abilities, etc.
Qualifications:
- User of Unity or Unreal Engine Understanding sense of form, color and motion.
- Understanding of how things should look, feel & move;
- Knowledge of particle systems, fields, expressions, scripts, soft bodies, rigid bodies, cloth dynamics in Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya;
- Understanding of performance concepts such as overdraws and batch sizes, and how they pertain to particle effects;
- User of 3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender (or similar);
- Passionate and motivated to join Game Industry;
- Experience with Unity and Unreal Engine tools and shaders/materials a plus;
- Demonstrable and substantial examples of current and past work;
